Paying My Spanish Lessons using Zelle

We’re happy to share that you now have the option to send payments for your Spanish lessons through Zelle or bank deposit! Also you can use Remitly. Zelle offers a fast and secure way to transfer funds using our email address. Alternatively, you can make a direct deposit to our bank account. Please contact us for the account details if you’d like to use this method. Once the payment is sent, kindly notify us so we can confirm it. Class Policies

1. Payment Before Lessons
All lessons must be paid before scheduling. Unpaid lessons cannot be reserved.

2. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows will be counted as completed lessons.

3. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your lesson at no cost if you notify us at least 12 hours before the class.

4. Tardiness
If the student is late, the class will still end at the scheduled time.
If the teacher is late, the full class time will be honored.

5. Expiration of Packages
Lesson packages are valid for 60 days from the date of purchase.

6. No Refunds
Payments for lessons or packages are non-refundable.
You may, however, reschedule according to the policies above.

7. Communication
Communication for scheduling and payments must be done through WhatsApp or email.
