Prices for Spanish immersion in Estelí, Nicaragua. One-on-one lessons can be in the morning and/or in the afternoon. Group lessons are scheduled throughout the day.
Spanish Course One on one
All prices are per-student and shown in US dollars.
All One-on-One Spanish classes have a minimum duration of one week (Monday – Friday).
All Small-Group Spanish classes have a minimum duration of one week (Monday – Friday).
Online (Skype) Spanish classes have no minimum duration.
Morning classes run from 8:00am – 12:00noon with a 15 minute break around 10:00am.
Afternoon classes run from 1:00pm – 5:00pm with a 15 minute break around 3:00pm
All classes must be paid for prior to the start of the class.
Spanish Class prices do not include the cost of homestay. Homestay is priced separately.
The most common program is 4 hours per day of one-on-one Spanish in the morning.

Small-Group Spanish Immersion (per student)
With 2-3 friends or fellow travelers.
- Morning Spanish classes begin between 8:00 am – 11:00 am.

- Four hour classes typically have a 15 minute break in the middle.
- The most common program is 4 hours per day of one-on-one Spanish in the morning.

- Small-group pricing is based on 2-3 students in each class. Upon request the School can attempt to coordinate—but cannot guarantee—the availability of other students interested in group classes. (One-on-One class pricing applies to “group” classes in which just one student is present.)

Homestay Prices (per guest)
We highly recommend a homestay with a Nicaraguan family. It will greatly speed up your Spanish learning, as well as enrich your cultural experience and give you an understanding and appreciation of the local people.
All our homestays are with specially-selected Nicaraguan families with proven hospitality. Family members enjoy the cultural interaction with their visitors and welcome conversations. All homes are clean, safe, and in good locations.
You will be provided a private bedroom, hot water, internet service, and three meals per day.
The cost is less than the cost of one night in a US or European hotel without meals
- Homestays typically begin on Sunday and end on Saturday mid-day.
- Special begin/end arrangements may be possible.
- Additional days at a home may be available at $30 per day.
- Please note that most other homestays in Nicaragua do not include hot water or internet, and many are in poor locations.
